We aim to continue building a culture of growth and encourage an ambitious team who are not afraid to challenge themselves, push boundaries and be creative. Collaboration is a key factor in our teams’ success and this is fostered from senior leadership down. We encourage everyone to be ambitious, open-minded and accountable. Embrace and celebrate diversity, and treat everyone with respect.
When we look for people to join us we look beyond qualifications and experience, we look for personality traits and soft skills. This is how we can predict if someone would thrive in our team. Among these traits are humility, ambition, competitiveness, resilience, and accountability.

At Zync, we are committed to creating a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. We believe that a positive company culture is essential for employee satisfaction and productivity, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our culture.
One of the ways we do this is by celebrating hard work and small wins. We run monthly and quarterly leagues with points based on activities, and we celebrate the league winners in monthly awards ceremonies. This ensures that everyone is acknowledged and celebrated, not just the top billers. We also have a players player award voted for by the team to celebrate a team player and a directors award chosen by the managing director to celebrate someone who has gone above and beyond.
We also operate quarterly holiday/team event incentives, where the team work together to hit a target and if they hit it they get to celebrate together. Recently, we've been to Portugal, Berlin, and Marbella! We also celebrate personal occasions, such as birthdays or buying a house etc., and we often go out as a team to bond and have a laugh outside of work.
